Venue availability – from 10:00 till 24:00 wherafter a fee per hour will be applicable.  Safe and secure parking

Client responsible for own wood, music and décor.

Cash bar is available on request.  A compulsory Corkage fee will be payable included in the quote

No open fires or smoking inside the Lapa area allowed.  Smoking area will be the seating place outside the Lapa

In cases of load shedding in our area, a portable generator will be on standby on the premises.  Running cost (petrol) will be for the client’s account.  Obaro are situated on the premises and is open 24 hrs

Deposit is required to secure booking.  The balance of payment is due 2 weeks before function date
